While technology can provide incredible benefits to an organization, those benefits require experience and expertise to insure the delivery. From our free assessment to initial project scope, Applied Data Management provides proven methods and experience to mitigate and reduce risk throughout the project lifecycle. In order to realize results, experienced analysis is applied to an assessment engagement and subsequently a Statement of Opportunity (SOO) is prepared. The opportunity statement is accompanied with a time sensitive Statement of Work (SOW) which includes a “not to exceed” price for all aspects of the defined project along with a bill of materials (BOM) and financing arrangements. Task Category 1 of our Project Management is performed at no cost and clearly defines success criteria and investment.
No surprises, just results.
Project Management tasks include:
Task Category 1 — Discovery, Planning, and Preparation
Through queries and careful listening, we develop an understanding of business process and workflow.
